We are seeking a motivated and passionate part-time Sales/Customer Service Representative who will be guiding customers throughout the process of purchasing a vehicle and completing dealership day-to-day tasks. The ideal applicant MUST be polite, have the ability to interact easily with people, and has knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Interact with customers to provide stress-free experience and meet or exceed our guidelines for customer satisfaction.
Follow up on leads in a timely manner and provide excellent service to customers.
Ensure that vehicles are ready to show to customers.
Obtain and process all paperwork pertaining to vehicle purchase, trade ins, and sales.
Communicate vehicle needs to the auto technician and ensure the accuracy and tracking of all labor, parts, and billings.
Oversee the inventory management system and listing vehicles on social media.
Ability to demonstrate exceptional communication skills with internal and external customers.
Must be flexible to work in an indoor/outdoor environment.
Must be flexible work hours that may include weekends.
The ideal job applicant should be able to multitask, flexible, pay attention to detail, and work efficiently with other team members.
Should be able to work with limited supervision from the manager.
This position may require a PAID training.

This position is with a fast-growing autodealership in East Peoria, IL. You will be part of the accounting teamresponsible for all accounting-related projects. The position will carry outall responsibilities in accordance with organization’s policies and applicablelaws. This position is responsible for timely and accurate keeping of thefinancial records and is critical in the preparation of the daily, weekly, and monthlyclosing processes as well as the annual pre-audit & audit processes.Additional responsibilities or projects may be required as the company grows. Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles, taking test drives.
Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
Develop an in-depth understanding of our current car inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make a purchase. Must not be pushy.
Qualify buyers by understanding their interests and requirements; matching requirements and interests to various models, etc.
Figure out customer’s needs by listening and asking questions
Perform walk-around with new and old customer and demonstrate features of suitable vehicles
Establish and maintain follow-up system, which encourages repeat business
Experience with MS Office is a plus but not required
A Valid driver’s license. At least one year of sales or vehicle sales experience Excellent customer service and negotiation skills - must be customer-oriented and be willing to put customers first. Strong computer skills required. Must be willing to participate in Dealer Training by SOS - All expenses paid by dealership. Must be excellent at communicating information to visitors and inquirers Possess good dress sense that portrays neat and smart personality Must be aggressive in selling but Not pushy; and possess a positive attitude.
